Your answers in the self-assessment and the result it produces stay inside your browser alone. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, we never see them, and nothing is kept anywhere once you close the page.

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, loads no third-party trackers, and stores nothing on your device. We do not know who visits the site or what they read.
How we use what you send
What you send through the request form is used for one purpose: to consider your matter and reply to you. It is seen by those in the relevant team who need to see it, and is not used for any marketing purpose.
We do not sell or share your data
We do not sell your data, trade in it, or share it with anyone for marketing purposes. It is disclosed only where a professional duty or an applicable law requires it.
Professional confidentiality
What you share with us about your matter is governed by the duties of professional confidentiality that the Law of Legal Practice and its regulations impose on lawyers — duties wider than any website privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as answering and following it up requires, and as the keeping of professional records requires. Where a request does not lead to an engagement, it is destroyed once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
